Mild temperatures and manageable crowds make June the perfect time to come to the Santa Claus, Indiana, area. And here’s another BIG reason to plan a June visit: Rubber Duck Days at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari and fun duck days activities throughout town.

The family-friendly festival runs June 8 – 21, 2026, and features The World’s Largest Rubber Duck towering 60 feet tall over the waterpark, plus, exclusive food items and other surprises. But the duck-lightful fun doesn’t have to end when you leave the park. The area’s cabins and cottages are joining in with their own themed fun.

Lincoln Pines Lakefront Resort

Lincoln Pines Lakefront Resort is hosting a “Quack & Seek” adventure, June 8 – 11, 2026. Rubber ducks will be hidden throughout the property—find one and either keep it as a souvenir or hide it again for the next explorer. Guests are also welcome to bring their own ducks to join the fun!

Santa’s Cottages

Santa’s Cottages will offer “Quacky Hour” daily from 5:00–7:00 pm Central, June 8 - 21, 2026. Guests can exchange a voucher for a free 2-inch duck (one per guest, per cottage) at Santa’s Sundries. The shop will also feature patriotic ducks for sale in celebration of America’s 250th birthday.

Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph

Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph has a full line-up of activities planned for those staying between June 8 – 21, 2026.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own rubber ducks to “duck” golf carts; resort staff will be ducking carts, too! A Rubber Duck Selfie Scavenger Hunt will also take place—snap a selfie with each duck on the provided checklist to win a fun prize.

On June 8, 10, 15, and 17, younger guests can participate in a rubber duck foam party. And on June 9, 11, 16, and 18, enjoy a rubber duck coloring activity and make a pick from the duck pond to win a prize.
