Who's Got the Time?

Each month, the Visitors Bureau finds out the hours of operation for each tourism business in the area and compiles a handy flyer just for you! Several nearby businesses have fluctuating hours throughout the year and it can be confusing to keep track of what is open when. Now, with our monthly flyer, you will always know when you can visit your favorite restaurant, shop, or attraction! And you can always find this online right here. Our destination also falls in a spot that is sometimes confusing concern time zones! We are on central time here in Santa Claus, Rockport, Lincoln City, St. Meinrad, etc. However, just north of us it switches to eastern time which is an hour ahead. So, when it's 3:00 pm here in Santa Claus, it's 4:00 pm just up the road in the town of Ferdinand. This may help... St. Louis and Chicago are on Central time – same as us. But Louisville and Indianapolis are on eastern time, which is an hour ahead of our area. Clear as mud, right? We're here to help!
