Don’t let the name fool you. The Historic Santa Claus Campground is more than just a campground. It’s a versatile venue that can host meetings, retreats, and group events of any kind! The grounds feature a dining hall with fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate up to 200 people and a conference center with kitchenette that can host up to 125 people. There’s even an open-air tabernacle with stage that can accommodate up to 300! There’s fantastic onsite recreation, too, including a lake for fishing and canoeing, walking trails, sports fields and courts, swimming pool, and outdoor picnic shelters.

Matilda’s Event Barn


Nestled in a private setting, Matilda’s Event Barn is rustic, roomy, and ready to host your team. The barn can accommodate up to 250 people, so it’s great for larger corporate events. But an attached library with a fireplace and lots of comfy furniture means there’s an opportunity for more intimate breakout sessions and networking. The grounds offer a four-acre lake for swimming, canoeing, or fishing. And the onsite 1900s farmhouse is available to rent for the day, weekend, or week and comfortably sleeps 10 people

Monkey Hollow Winery and Distillery


Want to motivate your team? The promise of wines and spirits might just do the trick! Monkey Hollow Winery and Distillery offers an expandable room that can host small groups or meetings with up to 100 guests. Weather permitting, outdoor seating is also available for smaller groups. But of course, the real draw is the convenient access to the tasting room and bar. Award-winning wines and distilled spirits, including the appropriately named “Monkey Shine” moonshine, are available to sample. Plus, behind-the-scenes tours of the winery and distillery and live entertainment can be prearranged.

Santa’s Lodge


The giant Santa statues that stand outside Santa’s Lodge and the festively decorated lobby will instantly let your meeting attendees know that they’re in for a very merry time! Hosting a large-scale event? The Celebration Room can accommodate a crowd of up to 300 guests and is a great space for conferences and presentations. Bringing a smaller group for a meeting or brainstorm session? Two smaller conference rooms are also available. Plus, if it’s a multi-day event, lodging—and free continental breakfast—is available onsite!
