After a long, cold winter, we couldn't be more excited to welcome April, and spring-like temperatures, with open arms!
There's plenty to do in Santa Claus, Indiana, and sites throughout Lincoln's Indiana Boyhood Home this month.
We're budding with excitement over these awesome April activities:
While you're cruising the
Ohio River Scenic Byway, stop by
Fat Daddy's Grill & Chill which opens for the season on April 3, 2018. Treat yourself to classic American fare such as homemade tenderloins, scrumptious chili cheese dogs, and hand-dipped milkshakes.

Bring the whole family to
Community Safety Day on April 14, 2018. Explore the specialty equipment and vehicles from state and local law enforcement agencies, and there will be giveaways!
The Living Historical Farm inside
Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial is a recreated 1830s homestead. Costumed interpreters will be at the farm Wednesdays through Sundays beginning April 15, 2018. The farm will be open daily after Memorial Day.
The horses at
Santa's Stables are ready for trail rides! Santa's Stables is open on weekends throughout April.
Take advantage of fewer crowds and mild spring weather at
Christmas Lake Golf Course. The 18-hole golf course is a full-service, par 72, championship golf course. Stop by the 19th Hole to satisfy your appetite after a round of golf.

If you're outdoorsy in the sense that you like sitting on patios, visit Pepper's Ridge Winery and Monkey Hollow Winery and Distillery. Both
wineries offer indoor and outdoor seating and are picnic friendly making them the perfect springtime destinations.
These are a few of our favorite spring activities, explore all things to do in the area.
