Saint Meinrad Archabbey Cultural Events will present a trumpet and piano concert by The Romm Trio on Friday, September 13, 2024, in the St. Bede Hall Theater.

The Romm Trio consists of family members Ronald, Avis, and Aaron Romm, and the concert will include pieces by Manuel de Falla, Johann Sebastian Bach, Scott Joplin, and others.

Trumpet player Ronald Romm holds degrees from The Juilliard School, co-founded the Canadian Brass group, and has performed in over 4,500 concerts and contributed to 60 recordings. Avis Romm also holds degrees from The Juilliard School and has coached, directed, conducted, and performed in hundreds of opera productions internationally. Aaron Romm teaches at the University of Kansas, has served as co-principal trumpet for the Sarasota Orchestra, and has performed all over the world.
