Santa Claus, Ind. named on CNN’s “12 best places to spend Christmas 2014”

CNN’s list of “12 best places to spend Christmas 2014” includes the famous small town of Santa Claus, Indiana.

“Being included on CNN’s holiday list two years in a row is an exceptional honor for this small town,” says Spencer County Visitors Bureau Executive Director Melissa Brockman. “It’s certainly the most wonderful time of the year here and we love to welcome visitors from near and far.”

The town of Santa Claus was also named as one of Travel Channel’s best holiday attractions and on Budget Travel’s holiday fun list this year.

Santa Claus, Indiana, is home to nationally known attractions such as Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari and Lake Rudolph Campground & RV Resort. 

America’s Christmas Hometown: Santa Claus, Indiana, hosts a celebration of family fun on the first three weekends of December.
