Sizzlin’ Summerfest

The locally loved Sizzlin’ Summerfest takes place Saturday, August 22, 2015, and provides a day of fun for the whole family. “It’s the perfect way to wrap up summer,” organizer Chris Middleton exclaims. Chris also talked about the derbies, which draw a packed crowd each year. “You can enjoy lots of great food as you cheer on your favorite tri-state demo derby drivers in series three of our big four-show high point series competition. Gates open at 4:00 pm CST with the Kids Power Wheel Derby starting at 6:00 pm. At 7:00 pm, the mini, lawnmowers, trucks, and big cars competitions begin,” she says. Don’t miss out! The cost is $5 per person and kids under six are free.
